Our assessments are designed to show you exactly how you are using your body and recovering. We will be able to show you the triggers and how your daily activity is having an effect on your body.
You will be given a printed out chart showing your 100% accurate data and we will organise a feedback session with you. The test will take 3 days to complete.
These tests are great for individuals and amazing for businesses to use as staff wellbeing packages or simply to see how effective your staff are working.

Initial telephone call to explain the process and what the client/business will gain, after that payment is made before the device is sent out.
Meeting to discuss results is required once the test has been completed and the client has a print out of the results.
